Ward One Resident Parking

  1. On-Street Permit Parking

The City’s priority throughout the rebuild is to ensure residents have easily accessible parking in their neighborhoods. There will be no changes to on-street/residential parking for Ward One permit holders (District 1 and District 2 parking zones). On-street parking in Ward One for non-permit holders will transition to paid parking using the ParkMobile app. Garage and lot parking will be incentivized (Park Place is discounted during the rebuild).
PLEASE NOTE: Enhanced enforcement in residential zones will be ongoing throughout the rebuild to ensure adequate availability for resident permit holders.
